If you've never explored Restaurant.com, check it out and look for restaurants in your area. You can buy gift certificates, which are really more like super coupons, but still make some good deals.
Generally, a $25 "gift certificate" will really be $25 off a $35-$50 purchase, or $25 off two entrees, or some variation of this. Check the fine print to be sure if it will be a deal for you.
But the current deal now through August 31th is that if you enter code: "CLEARANCE" at checkout, $25 certificates which are normally $10 are now just $2, and $10 certificates which are normally $4 are now just $.80!
