Check those Sunday papers! Clip all the coupons you find useful, paying special attention to those with $1-1.98 in face value which normally aren't able to be doubled. Check with friends or neighbors to get their coupon inserts too. Then check other sources as well.
Not sure where else to get coupons? Try The Coupon Clippers (www.thecouponclippers.com).
Here's an example of how the pricing works. Let's say a cereal coupon has a face value of $1.25. I might pay a handling fee of $.20 for it. It's a small price to pay for the savings, especially when these higher value coupons get doubled at Harris Teeter starting next Wednesday - yes, that coupon that cost me $.20 could end up saving me up to $2.50! Let's say I want to stock up on cereal. I could spend $.60 to get three of those coupons, and then, when doubled, I can save up to $7.50 on my purchase at the store. See how the savings adds up quickly?
Why not just buy up a bunch of today's Sunday paper? Well, you can, but The Coupon Clippers has coupons from past papers too... coupons you can't find in stores any more!
Post your order now and save as soon as Super Doubles begin next Wednesday!
