You do have to be a member of eVic to take advantage of them. Simply browse and select eVIC Coupons online that load directly to your VIC Card. When you purchase the qualifying products, the savings are automatically applied to your order and are noted on your receipt for each qualifying item.
Once one of these coupons is used, it can't be used again, but one good thing is that you can use paper coupons along with the electronic coupons... which means more savings!
